Tim Carroll is the Chief Information Officer at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, where he leads the agency’s technology and cybersecurity strategy. With over 25 years in the IT field—and 22 of those dedicated to NCHFA—Tim brings a deep understanding of how technology can drive mission-focused outcomes. He’s passionate about building secure, efficient systems that support affordable housing initiatives across the state, and he enjoys connecting with peers to share insights and lessons learned along the way.
