Stephanie Griffin

Stephanie Griffin is the Chief Production Officer for the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA). In this capacity, she oversees all DSHA programming including the financing, construction, and portfolio management of multifamily rental housing throughout the state (LIHTC and PBCA); community development initiatives focusing on homeownership housing development, workforce housing development, and economic development investment in downtown areas throughout the state; statewide homelessness resources and prevention programming; and single-family mortgage financing and foreclosure programming. She manages federal entitlement programs such as HOME, NHTF, CDBG, and ESG as well as state funding resources such as the Housing Development Fund, Strong Neighborhood Housing Fund, and Downtown Development District fund. She is also responsible for the development of all new programming initiatives, including programs funded through the ARPA-SLFRF, and serves as the primary staff person for DSHAโs Council on Housing. Previously, she served as DSHAโs Director of Housing Development and the Director of Housing Finance. Prior to joining DSHA, she worked as a planner and program administrator focusing on affordable housing and community development for the City of Wilmington. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Building Sciences and a MCP from Auburn University.
