Rhonda Ronnow

Rhonda Ronnow has been with Tennessee Housing Development Agency since May 2004. Rhonda is the Director of Loan Operations, a position that she has held since February 2015. In this role, she is responsible for the daily oversight of the Agency’s Single Family Loan Operations including Homebuyer Education and HUD Counseling. She has worked in various lending, outreach and program development roles in single family during her tenure at THDA. She joined the Agency after working extensively in origination and underwriting in the private sector of the mortgage industry for over 12 years. Rhonda is an alumni of Mortgage Banker Association’s Future Leaders and has earned the following designations through the MBA; CMCP®, CRU® and CMB ®
