Rebecca Frawley Wachtel

Rebecca has been committed to the affordable housing field for many years, having started in property management with a shift to housing development lending and program administration. She has served in state government for over 20 years, currently in the role of Tax Credit and HOME Program Director at the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. She is the Council of State Community Development Agencies (COSCDA) board vice president and holds a BA in Economics (University of Massachusetts at Amherst) and an MS in Administrative Studies (Boston College).
