Nancy Bloebaum

Nancy has a Master of Urban Affairs degree from Virginia Tech and is certified as a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional (RHDFP) by Grow America. She is currently the Manager of Supportive Housing Development Programs at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). Nancy has contributed to the NCHFA since 1994. Before joining the Supportive Housing Development team, she held various roles including Program Compliance Officer, Rental Development Officer, Debt Restructuring Officer, and Senior Policy Analyst.

Nancy has been happily married for 38 years and has 2 grown children.
