Linda Demmi

Linda Demmi has worked for PHFA for 23 years and currently manages the Agency’s PBCA portfolio and the Section 811 PRA grants. She oversees the overall operation, management, and compliance requirements of both programs.

Prior to her work with the Agency, Linda worked for a private management agent as a Regional Manager working with Section 8, Rural Development, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, commercial properties, conventional apartment buildings and Homeowner and Condominium Associations.
