Kathryn Newton

Kate Newton has served as the Director of Loan Servicing with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency since July of 2016. In that capacity, she oversees a mortgage portfolio consisting of over 75,000 single family mortgage loans with unpaid principal balance of almost $6 billion, and a staff of about 65 employees. Prior to her current role at PHFA, Kate previously served as the agency’s Director of Homeownership Programs for eleven years. She received a BS degree in Public Policy from Penn State University and an MBA degree from Lebanon Valley College.
