Katie Kilgrow

Katie Kilgrow has been with Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) for 11 years as the Housing Compliance Manager. The Housing Compliance Department at IHFA provides oversight of the PBCA portfolio along with the Tax Credit, HOME, HTF and Homeless Grants programs.
