James Kinyon

James (Jim) Kinyon is a Senior Counsel in the Legal Department at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), which he joined in 2011. Jim previously was in private practice for over 20 years with regional and national law firms, with a focus on consumer compliance and mortgage lending matters. He has also served as Legal Counsel to the Bank Compliance Association of Connecticut, Inc. and has been an active member of the Closing and Compliance Committee as well as the Legislative Committee of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, Inc.
