Holley Mangham

Holley Mangham, APR serves as the Communications Manager at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. In this capacity, she serves as OHFA’s sole communications practitioner. For more than two decades at OHFA, Holley has been responsible for all communications endeavors including the website, media relations, video and social media.

Holley was named the 2021 recipient of Public Relations Society of America Oklahoma City Chapter’s Paul E. Dannelley Jr. Harmony Award and received the chapter’s inaugural PR Professional of the Year Award in 2015. OHFA is also a two-time winner of PRSA-OKC’s Small Team of the Year Award.

Holley holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and has earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). She is a member of the Government Social Media Association.

She is a member of the Government Social Media Association and has been elected to serve a two-year term as its council representative for the southwest region.
