Cheryl Cohen

Cheryl Cohen, Executive Director and Board Treasurer, joined the Montana Board of Housing in October 2018 as Operations Manager. Ms. Cohen was appointed Executive Director and Board Treasurer in May 2020. Ms. Cohen previously served over 8 years as a Community Development Specialist and Senior Community Development Specialist with the Seattle Office of Housing. She has over 18 years of affordable housing compliance, property/asset management, and operations experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Ms. Cohen is certified in low-income housing tax credit compliance and is a Certified Specialist in HUD Occupancy. She has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
