Catherine Colby

Cathy Colby has been positively impacting West Virginia affordable housing since 1998 and has been with the West Virginia Housing Development Fund since 2007. She serves as the Senior Manager of the HOME & HTF Programs and counts it a privilege to lead a great team. Cathy earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Charleston.
