Bob Peterson

Bob Peterson is currently the Deputy Director of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. He brings a wealth of experience in affordable housing finance and insight into Washington’s housing and economic needs and opportunities. He previously served at the Commission as manager of Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs, which build or preserve thousands of affordable apartments across the state each year.

Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University. He has also received an executive development certificate from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and is a housing development finance professional through the National Development Council.
