William Glover

Bill Glover has been MaineHousing’s LIHTC Programs Manager since 2021 with oversight of all multi-family rental lending programs involving the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Prior to his current position, Mr. Glover held several senior positions in MaineHousing’s Development Department and spent 2 years as the Director of Development Finance for The Signal Group in Portland, Maine. He has 32 years’ experience in the affordable housing industry. Mr. Glover attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
