Kimberly Stuart

Kim is the manager of the Homeowership and Home Improvement area of the single famliy division at the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. She has 28 years’ experience running and managing homeownership and home improvement programs. In her current position, she manages a team of 23 professionals who run the first time homebuyer program and the home improvement programs. The team also manages to a mission goal to increase equity in homeownership. The current goal is for 40% of first-time homebuyer loans support black, indigenous and people of color.
