John Wagner

John J. Wagner is a senior partner in the firm’s Omaha office and chair of the firm’s National Housing Finance Agency practice group. In over 4 decades he has worked with more than 35 state housing finance agencies in various capacities, most as bond counsel. Mr. Wagner has been directly involved in the development of numerous new housing financing structures for both multifamily and single family programs, as well as routinely dealing with the day-to-day programmatic aspects of those programs. He received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska in 1973.
