Michael Francescani

Michael Francescani is a Director in CohnReznick’s Project Finance and Consulting Practice. He advises clients nationwide on tax-advantaged real estate transactions that leverage a variety of federal and state tax credits and incentives.

Before joining CohnReznick, he spent nearly a decade in real estate development, with a focus on the acquisition, entitlement, and development of residential projects. This background informs his ability to navigate transactions from both the developer and investor perspectives. Mike holds a J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington, an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and completed graduate coursework in real estate finance at Georgetown University.
