Mounzer Aylouche

Mounzer M. Aylouche is MassHousingโs Vice President of Homeownership Programs. Aylouche oversees all aspects of MassHousingโs homeownership business, including production, lending operations, mortgage insurance, and loan servicing. Aylouche was previously MassHousingโs Manager of Homeownership Business Development.
Since 2020, MassHousing has financed $3.4 billion in home loans to more than 11,000 Massachusetts households, including $1.6 billion in mortgages to minority homebuyers, and $1.5 billion in lending to low-income homebuyers.
Aylouche, of Swampscott, Mass., has been at MassHousing for 27 years. In addition to his work as Manager of Homeownership Business Development, he has previously served as a secondary marketing officer and relationship manager in the Agencyโs homeownership division. Throughout his 39-year career in the home mortgage lending industry, Aylouche has held positions in loan servicing, secondary marketing, loan origination, and senior management. A native of Lebanon, Aylouche โ who is fluent in Arabic and French โ immigrated to the United States in 1982 to pursue his education.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum Laude, in Financial Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
Aylouche is a past Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) and the past president of the MMB Foundation, the charitable arm of the organization. Aylouche has been instrumental in the MMBAโs support of non-profit organizations in Massachusetts that promote homebuyer education and counseling. He was also influential in establishing the MMBA community college scholarship program for low- and moderate-income students in Massachusetts.
