Jen Brewerton

Jen Brewerton is the Affordable Multifamily Business Leader, with Plummer and Associates, where she’ll serve as a technical advisor in consistency and quality assurance in the multifamily affordable Utility Allowance space, and develop winning strategic pursuits in the multifamily affordable industry starting June of 2025. She is also the founder of an exciting new affordable housing software, designed to truly help end the affordable housing crisis by making affordable housing accessible to all in need.

Prior to joining Plummer, Jen served as Vice President of Compliance for Dominium for over 10 years. Jen has been in the industry well over 25+ years. Ms. Brewerton has been and is responsible for determining and implementing all affordable program policy and procedures for all affordable programs under her purview. Prior to joining Plummer and Dominium, Ms. Brewerton held a variety of influential positions in her field, including almost 10 years with Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) overseeing the Housing Tax Credit, Bond, HOME and Housing Trust Fund programs. After leaving TDHCA, Mr. Brewerton held senior positions at CohnReznick, Capstone Management, and Southwest Housing Compliance Corporation, a Project Based Section 8 Contract Administrator for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Ms. Brewerton received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and currently serves on the board of the Texas Association of Affordable Housing Providers and is Co-chair of the Compliance and Post-award Rules committee.
