Breezie Williams

Breezie Williams launched her career in loan servicing at CrossLand Mortgage in 1997 and became a member of the Utah Housing team in 2001. Over the past 23 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting Utah homeowners and currently serves as Utah Housing’s Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Servicing.

Breezie has worked closely with major organizations such as the Office of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae, especially in her efforts to assist first-time homebuyers. Her expertise includes every stage of the mortgage process, from loan boarding to final payoff. Driven by Utah Housing’s mission to make homeownership possible for more families, Breezie is passionate about her work in mortgage servicing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Utah State University.
