Paolo Cisneros

Paolo Cisneros is a Development Project Manager in POAH’s Chicago office. He is deeply involved in all aspects of development and is primarily focused on projects in Florida, Ohio and Illinois.

Since joining POAH in 2022, Paolo has overseen the development of a 113-unit new construction property in Miami-Dade County while also managing several occupied rehab projects and helping administer a HUD Choice Neighborhoods grant. He joined POAH from the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority where he specialized in Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions of that agency’s legacy public housing stock.

Paolo holds a Master of Urban Planning and Policy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in News-Editorial Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional certification from the National Development Council in 2020.
