Rebecca Arthur

Rebecca Arthur, MAI is a partner with the Valuation Services group of Novogradac and manages the metro Kansas City, Missouri, and Dallas, Texas offices. She has extensive experience in market analysis and appraisal of multifamily developments including those with low-income housing tax credits, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 8 and Rental Assistance Demonstration programs, U.S. Department of Agriculture, conventional developments and for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Federal Housing Administration financing. Ms. Arthur specializes in consulting for developers and state housing agencies, as well as preparing valuations of general and limited partnership interests and Year 15 valuation issues and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Before joining Novogradac, Arthur was an analyst with the corporate finance group of Deloitte LLP, specializing in business valuations and acquisitions. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Arthur is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, serves on the board for the Kansas Housing Association, is a member of Texas Association of Affordable Housing Providers, a member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts, a member of Women’s Affordable Housing Network, and is a certified general real estate appraiser in Texas, California, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, as well as 20 other states throughout the nation.
