Diana DiPreta

Diana focuses on raising capital and coordinating overall capital-raising efforts for development and acquisitions, as well as for the existing portfolio. She is involved with developing the overall real estate strategy for assets in the portfolio and oversees the refinancing and disposition of properties. She provides strategy and analysis for Beacon’s corporate financing needs and explores opportunities for real estate investment funds.
