Rita Falcioni

Rita M. Falcioni serves as the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office Portfolio and Loan Management Supervisor in Loan Guaranty Service. In her capacity, she directs the formulation of regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the supplemental servicing, oversight, termination, guaranty claim payment and post audit of VA-guaranteed and portfolio loans. Ms. Falcioni began her career with VA at the Cleveland Regional Loan Center in 1996, as a Loan Service Representative. She also held the positions of Loan Administration Team Leader, Loan Administration Servicing Officer, and Loan Administration Officer before she joined the VA Central Office team in September 2014. Ms. Falcioni earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Falcioni is married with three children, works remotely for VA Central Office and resides in Strongsville, OH.
