Alison Duncan

Alison Duncan has experience in real estate development, data analysis, program management, and team building. Before joining Housing Assistance Council as a Loan Officer, Ms. Duncan was the Assistant Director of Development for the Annapolis MD Housing Authority where she worked on several housing development and preservation projects.

She gained underwriting and financial analysis skills as an Associate at New Market Venture Partners where she structured and evaluated venture deals.

Ms. Duncan provided small business consulting services for two years, including financial modeling, projections, and accounting support. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
