Christopher Hart

Chris Hart is a Program Evaluation Specialist in HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development. He provides policy and operations support to CPD’s 43 field offices, including as one of CPD’s primary BABA subject matter experts. Chris joined HUD in November 2023 after serving as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Office of Management and Budget. He has also previously worked for the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development. Chris earned a B.A. in International Affairs and Geography and an M.S. in Geography, both from The George Washington University.
