Russell McIntyre

Russell McIntyre is the Senior Policy Analyst for the Public Policy and Industry Relations team at Cotality. In this role, he is responsible for researching government and industry issues of importance to the organization and its clients, with a primary focus on administrative actions at the federal level. His current policy portfolio is concentrated in affordable housing and climate-related financial risk issues.

Prior to joining Cotality in 2015, Russell held a variety of policy-focused jobs, including stints with the centrist think tank Third Way, local government offices, and numerous roles on political campaigns. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and global studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s degree in legislative affairs from George Washington University.
