Ron Winterton

Ron has worked in the mortgage industry since 1997, helping homebuyers achieve homeownership. As Vice President of Mortgage Banking at Utah Housing Corporation, he educates buyers, lenders, and Realtors on UHC’s Affordable Housing programs through training sessions. Ron focuses on ensuring that everyone involved has the resources to guide homebuyers effectively.

He has served in various roles with local and state associations, including President of Utah Mortgage Lenders Association and on boards for the Utah Homebuilders Association and Utah Association of Realtors. Ron encourages professionals in mortgage, real estate, and building to stay engaged with industry organizations, believing active involvement is key to supporting and protecting access to homeownership.
