Joanna Crosby, Regional Vice President of Resident Services, is a dedicated professional committed to supporting and advocating for vulnerable populations. She joined Mercy Housing, Mountain Plains, in February 2023 after serving as the Deputy Director for the Littleton Housing Authority. With over 16 years of experience managing resident services, property management, voucher programs, maintenance, grants management, social services, and case management, Joanna has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs. Her work in trauma-informed care, mental health services, and community outreach and development are a testament to her empathy and understanding of the complex needs of individuals and families.
Joanna has a BS in Anthropology and an MS in Psychology. She has called Colorado home since 2009 where she enjoys spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, hiking, reading, and pursuing creative endeavors. She is passionate about bringing the community together to create tangible solutions in the affordable housing space and is committed to furthering the work of Mercy Housing.
