Cassandra Skidanov

Cassandra Skidanov is an Affordable Lending Senior Manager on the Equitable Housing Team in Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Mission & Community Engagement group. She is responsible for leading equitable housing strategies to increase housing stock and access to credit by utilizing market and consumer research, housing insights, and strategic analysis.
After building a 20-year career in mortgage, real estate and community relations, Mrs. Skidanov joined Freddie Mac in 2018 to continue her dedication to supporting equality in housing, increasing production and sourcing housing solutions to meet the vast and diverse needs of an evolving housing market.
Ms. Skidanov holds a dual Master of Science in Communications and Leadership from Purdue University and is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Southern California.
