Lauren Connors

Lauren joined NYCHDC as Senior Vice President in 2022 where she oversees the development of new construction and preservation of affordable housing projects. Prior to her appointment at HDC, Lauren held various positions within the Division on Multifamily New Construction Finance at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, including Assistant Commissioner and Director of the ELLA Program. Prior to joining HPD, Ms. Connors held various positions in the real estate and banking sectors.
