Heather Eddy works with institutions to build capacity across multiple resource lines, and for the past two decades, has focused on C-level executive search. Heather is passionate about helping organizations achieve excellence through building strong, dynamic, and diverse leadership teams to propel their mission and purpose. She leads most of the firm’s searches for CEO/ED/President level roles and specializes in assisting clients navigating through Board or Staff transitions. She co-founded KEES in 2013 and steers the focus on partnerships with organizations propelling social change. The firm has partnered with housing-focused missions for over 25 years. We believe housing is essential for individuals and communities to thrive. From emergency housing, shelter, supportive and transitional housing, to permanent housing and long-term housing needs, and supportive services related to housing and affordability, KEES is committed to ensuring public and nonprofit partners have diverse and dynamic leadership teams and infrastructure to support success.
