Patrick Patterson

Patrick Patterson has over 12 years of dedicated affordable housing experience in a wide variety of roles. Prior to joining Enterprise, he was President of a management company in the Pacific Northwest, where he led through the challenges posed by catastrophic wildfires, gaining valuable insights into disaster response and resilience in housing. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and a Novogradac Property Compliance Certification. Patrick has also served on the board of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH), where he actively supported policy development and industry advocacy.
