Kevin Hall is an accomplished, award-winning Architect who brings the strong combination of design expertise, business acumen and people management. Passionate about positively impacting people’s lives through quality design of physical environments in the community, he insists on the highest standards and is dedicated to green building.

Kevin, as the Assistant Director for Design, Construction and Regulatory Compliance in the Multifamily Financing Department of the Illinois Housing Development Authority, leads a team that is responsible for maintaining and administering the architecture and construction standards that are used in the selection and oversight of development teams receiving funding resources through IHDA.
