Thomas Pereira

Tom Pereira is an Executive Vice President at CREA LLC in Boston, MA. In his role, Tom is responsible for leading CREA’s Syndication Team including their multi-investor platform and business development efforts. Before joining CREA, Tom served as Senior Vice President, Director of Investor Relations at a national LIHTC syndicator where he oversaw their Syndications Team and has 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University Graduate School of Management’s Public and Non-Profit Program. Tom is also an adjunct professor at Boston College and is heavily involved in the National Affordable Housing Case Competition organized through the Corcoran Center at Boston College.
