Gary Garay

Gary Garay, Managing Director and Head of Municipal Housing Banking, has 20+ years of experience in the Public Finance business and began his career as a quantitative specialist in the State HFA sector. He joined Hilltop Securities in April 2024, after recently serving as the Executive Director and Head of the New England & Housing Finance team at UBS. Gary has senior managed over $20 billion of par and has extensive experience in structuring consolidated and stand-alone transactions for State HFAs. Additionally and due to his new role at Hilltop, Gary was recently hired as a rotating Senior Manager for MassHousing following the 2024 RFP process.
