Andrew Nestlehut

ANDREW NESTLEHUT, Senior Vice President, is Utah Housing Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer since March of 2024. Previously, Mr. Nestlehut served as the Senior Director of Capital Management at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA). Mr. Nestlehut has close to a decade and half of housing experience through IHDA alone, holding management positions for the past ten (10) years. During his tenure he has worked in single family portfolio administration, investments, treasury operations, risk management, and various hedging and derivative functions. He is experienced in the structuring and issuance of debt, To Be Announced (TBA) transactions, management of credit and financial risk, securitization, investor relations, liquidity review, strategic management, and general investment and treasury management operations. Mr. Nestlehut holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
