Freyja Harris

Freyja Harris is the executive director of the National Coalition for Home Repair and a dedicated attorney, urban planner, and public administrator with strong leadership skills to assist organizations, communities, and individuals in achieving transformational change. Freyja is known for her over 20 years of highly proficient skill in guiding teams of diverse stakeholders and consultants through complex initiatives and strategic planning. Throughout her career, Freyja has pursued and advocated for change by addressing systemic disparities through the development and administration of equitable policy and inclusive practice within local, state, & federal government, nonprofits, philanthropy, and academia.
Freyja has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, a Master of Urban Planning and Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida.
