Shannon Gerving

Shannon Gerving serves as the Home Improvement Programs Manager at Minnesota Housing. Since 2015, Shannon has managed Fix Up and Community Fix Up, Minnesota’s statewide home repair programs. During her tenure, she helped to implement significant changes to the program resulting in a production increase of more than 200%. Previously, she served as a housing counselor and has been in the affordable/government housing realm for her entire career. She lives in the suburbs of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with her husband, 4-year-old daughter and 9-year-old rescue dog. When she’s not spending time with her family, you might find her binge-watching TV, reading or enjoying all Minnesota has to offer (minus the winter!).
