Angela Garland

Ms. Garland joined Indiana Quadel in 2008 as a contract renewal specialist. She achieved exemplary performance results and was promoted to senior contract renewal specialist in 2010, contract renewal manager in 2018 and then managing director in 2023. She is well-rounded, has in-depth experience with government programs, communication and managing people and projects. Before joining Indiana Quadel, Ms. Garland worked for the City of Indianapolis in metropolitan development working directly with HOME, CDBG and the Relocation Act.
