Kelly Garver

Kelly Garver joined Quadel as a Program Compliance Specialist in 2019. Through exceptional performance results she was promoted to Senior Compliance Specialist, followed by Indiana Compliance Manager. In September 2023, she assumed responsibilities for Quadel’s PBCA compliance in both Indiana and North Carolina. Kelly’s background comprises of a degree in Social Work which includes experience in community work, children in need and homelessness prevention.
