Mark Graves, Senior Manager, Single-Family Business Account Management Solutions; leads the Community Servicing Account Team which is responsible for the relationship and oversight of over 1000 Fannie Mae clients. His team manage and engage directly with clients to promote optimal performance and guidance for supporting homeowners through the loan life cycle. Mark joined Fannie Mae in 2009 and has held various positions within the company in Loss Mitigation, Default Management, and Credit Operations.
