Kristen Richmond

Kris Richmond (she/her) is a Senior Manager with ICF and has over twenty five years of professional experience in housing and community development programs, including the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Ms Richmond also specializes in Other Federal Requirements Training and TA such as Lead-Based Paint, Fair Housing, Section 3 Economic Opportunity and Relocation. Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Richmond worked in local government as a monitoring and compliance specialist for the City of Rockford, IL, Community Development Department. Ms. Richmond possesses a diverse range of knowledge and skills applicable to housing and community development issues in areas including monitoring requirements and systems, data tracking and analysis, reporting, planning, program design, policies and procedures, written agreements and public relations.
