Donna Spencer

Donna R. Spencer is Vice President of Servicing Relationship and Performance Management in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing Division. She leads oversight of Servicers to ensure compliance with Freddie Mac policies and procedures for loss mitigation strategies, including COVID-19 forbearance and payment deferrals.

Since joining Freddie Mac in 1992, Ms. Spencer has performed many roles spanning loss mitigation, implementation of Workout Prospector®, software development and operational risk.

Ms. Spencer is a certified executive leadership coach with a strong interest in working with underrepresented clients, often high-potential women and men of color. She also volunteers for Freddie Mac’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs); she is the former Co-Chair of the Women’s Interactive Network BRG and supports the ARISE and Pride BRGs.
