Leah Larson

Leah Larson is a relationship-driven leader with more than 15 years of experience in housing and community development, spanning work in local government, homeless services, and organizations dedicated to supporting socially disadvantaged communities. She serves as Senior Director of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Neighborly Software, where she partners with agencies nationwide to optimize programs, elevate communities, and improve lives.

Leah also holds key leadership positions in the affordable housing sector. She serves as Board Secretary for NeighborWorks Boise and as President of the Rocky Mountain Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), representing Idaho and Utah.

Known for her collaborative spirit and ability to build trusted partnerships, Leah excels at fostering innovation, driving impactful change, and creating lasting, positive outcomes for communities across the country.
