Melanie Brewer, J.D. serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at RIHousing. With over a decade of experience in affordable housing, Melanie has led key initiatives related to LIHTC and gap financing. Her background spans public, private and nonprofit sectors, bringing a comprehensive perspective to housing policy and program administration. She holds a J.D. with a Tribal Lawyer Certificate from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Legal Studies from Park University.
