Nathan Hall

No title could aptly describe what Nathan Hall does for Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC). A rare combination of both left-brain and right-brain, he applies his technical and analytic skills to complex projects, finding ways to make KHC more modern and efficient. Then, he waves his artistic brush, adding excitement to drab fliers and internal documents. He also policies and continually reviews KHC’s brand to ensure that it is used correctly internally and externally and serves as a guide, not a noose for designers.
At KHC, he’s known for developing high-impact campaigns, producing engaging graphics and videos, and managing KHC’s website. Nathan’s also a skilled project manager, holding certificates in ”Best Practices Project Management” from Solarity and ”Change Manager Practitioner” from Prosci. He works across departments to turn strategic goals into reality. He’s played a key role in organizing the annual Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference – from planning and design to registration setup – and has been one of the key staff in communicating KHC’s Kentucky Housing Gap Analysis. His passion for clear communication, combined with his strategic and creative mindset, makes him an invaluable asset to the organization.
Before joining KHC, Nathan served as Senior Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager, led web design and marketing campaigns, and earned his HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification. He also volunteers his marketing and design services with local LGBTQ+ non-profits to promote equality and inclusion for those populations.
Nathan lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his husband, Ed, and their three wild rescue dogs. With over 17 years of experience, 10 of which are at KHC, he uses his skills to help KHC promote its mission to provide affordable housing to families across the Commonwealth.
