Lisa Furbush

Lisa Furbush is a seasoned expert with over 20 years in the housing compliance industry. As the Manager of Affordable Housing Compliance at Yardi, she leads the development and execution of compliance strategies, ensuring that Yardi products align with federal and state housing regulations while advocating for client needs. Lisa’s extensive knowledge covers various areas of affordable housing, including HUD PBRA, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Rural Development, and local programs. Before joining Yardi, she served as the Voucher Financial Manager at National Housing Compliance, overseeing PBCA for Georgia and Illinois. Additionally, she was part of the Asset Management Team at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and spent over a decade as a Regional Manager in Hartford, Connecticut.
