Paul Williams

Paul Williams is the founder and executive director of Center for Public Enterprise, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the ability of the public sector to deliver on economic development priorities. He formerly worked in affordable housing for the the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing, and at the Economic Opportunity Institute and the Jain Family Institute. He holds an MA in economics from John Jay College at CUNY and a BA in mathematics from The Evergreen State College.
