Annie Lee

Annie is a senior banker at BofA Securities providing investment banking coverage and transaction execution to state housing finance agencies, including cash flow modeling and bond structuring. Annie recently joined BofA Securities Housing Finance Group after being at J.P. Morgan/Bear Stearns since 2000 where she focused on structuring cash flow projections for single and multifamily transactions. Annie received her B.A. from Smith College with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Economics.
